We send your order in unmarked, discrete packaging via Australia Post, Regular/Parcel Post for orders within Australia and will supply you with the tracking number.
Express post is an optional extra. We do not offer priority processing of orders – only express postage.
For international orders, we offer Australia Post International Economy Air (no tracking) and International Standard (tracking included).
We do combine postage and calculate our rates based on the weight and dimensions of your entire order.
We will not be held responsible for any lost or delayed mail but endeavor to help our customers as best we can, should any shipping problems arise.
For large retails orders and wholesale orders we recommend postal insurance and will add this to your invoice when appropriate.
Local pick-up is available from Red Rigger Studio in Zillmere, Qld.
Once an order is placed with the local pick-up option, we will contact you via email, with our exact location and a phone number to arrange a collection date and time.
Refunds and Exchange
We will replace or refund any items that are faulty, arrive damaged, or do not work as intended and advertised.
All care is taken to protect and cushion our products from the rigors of postal transit, however, if your order does arrive damaged, please keep the packaging, contact us and include a photo.
The buyer may need to return/mail the product back to us.
We are not open on the weekends or public holidays.
We answer messages in the order they are received. Please note, during the holidays and weekends we do not answer messages, so response time will be delayed during these periods.
We do not collect buyers information, add buyers to mailing lists or send promotional material.
We rely most on word of mouth and your feedback. Please leave us a review whenever you can, we really appreciate it.
Orders over 30 units may qualify for wholesale or retail bulk buy discounts. Please contact us if you require a large order.
